Very hospitable staff, lovely breakfast, good wi-fi. Glorious view, a great balcony, fine bed, too. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. I enjoyed the HANDY location, within 19 minutes ride to LaGuardia airport.

good home base for exploring new york. the property was spotlessly clean, featured very modern design, i liked it. early check-in, fab location. the beds were very clean, i slept well. they provide a bagged breakfast with lots of options. having different bottled drinks in the pool bar was a very nice touch.
